Carry out various Rectification works to Complex which include-
Water penetration repairs externally and internally
Balaustrade and Stair repairs
Cavity and sill flashing relacement and correct installation as per Standards
Application of external waterproofing membrane due to water ingress on original build
Constuction of Round about to driveway area at complex entrance.
Rectification of sunken driveway.
Work Included:
- Building rectification works inclusive of-
- Installation of control joints to stop movement and cracking as per Standards.
- Installation of waterproofing membrane and repairs to damage caused by water ingress.
