Constructed during early 80’s with previous window renewals carried out.
Work Included:
- Replaced corresponding sill flashing via brickwork removal and replacement
- Erect scaffold and remove corroded structural steel support posts
- Replaced brickwork with new ‘Blueboard’ panels where brickwork replaced
- Acrylic render to finish new surfaces
