Project Description:
Carry out Rectification works to Tannery Building which include-
Water penetration repairs externally and internally
Balaustrade and Stair repairs
Cavity and sill flashing relacement and correct installation as per Standards
Application of external waterproofing membrane due to water ingress on original build
Work Included:
- Rust treatment to metal roof members.
- Balcony rectification including demolition of existing
- surfaces, application of a polyurethane waterproof
- membrane and re-tiling.
- Balustrade replacement.
- Internal timber stair replacement.
- Internal and External render repairs.
- On site alteration of aluminium window frames and
- their reinstatement.
- Installation of new cavity and sill flashing.
- Re-levelling of floors.
- Test and report on previous soil contamination.
- Various internal / external crack repairs.
- Application of Hybuild acrylic paint external.
- Various internal works including installation of
- timber floating boards, securing bathtubs.
