Project Description:
Evacuate all plant material from planter box on Penthouse Level.
Re-grade planter box bed for correct drainage.
Install Poly-urethane liquid membrane system to interior walls and floor area of planter box.
Re-install soil and replant planter box to match existing garden plan.
Work Included:
- Excavating plant material by hand and storage of soil.
- Clean out and preperation of internal area of planterbox inclusive of alterations to drainage levels.
- Installation of Poly-urethane membrane system as per Standards.
- Re-installation of garden to match exising.
