The Rectification of external facades due to internal water ingress. Works included removal of existing render and re-sheeting affected areas with Scyron AXON cladding system. Re-rendering and re-painting newly erected facade.
Work Included:
VBS have just completed a contract to Rectify Building Defects on Behalf of Allianz Insurance Ltd. The scope of works involve repairs to the Facade’s of 3 adjoining dwellings. This property is double brick and been constructed without a cavity space to absorb water run off. Therefore any moisture that the facade is exposed to has been allowing water ingress to reach the inner cavity and causing damage to the interior wall linings of the building. VBS will be rectifying the water ingress issues by creating a cavity with the installation of “Scyon” AXON Cladding.
