Project Description:
Remedial repairs to leaking balconies, bathrooms, and windows
Work Included:
- Installation of fatra fatrafol807v sheet membrane to balconies.
- Re-Waterproofing to bathroom shower recesses
- Cavity flashing above windows now have been re-waterproofed
- Sliding door flashings repaired
- Both Pools have been re-done i.e timber decking and coping tiles replaced
- Planter boxes re-waterproofed with Fatrafol807v
- Injections to concrete slab cracking
