Work Included:
- Installation of fatra fatrafol807v sheet membrane to balconies and bathrooms.
- Installation of fireproofing to the correct specifications according to the BCA.
- Installation of hydrant service
- Rectification of all wet areas i.e bathrooms, laundries throughout the complex
- Exterior rectification of defective balconies and render repairs
