Delamination of external walls
Water penetration repairs externally and internally
Correct membrane Installation and rectification to Planter boxes
Bleeding render external repairs to facade
Cavity and sill flashing replacement and correct installation as per Standards
Application of external waterproofing membrane due to water ingress on original build
Work Included:
- Delamination of external render, Remove redundant render and rectify.
- Repairs to Render masonary brickwork through out complex.
- Leaking Soffit above carpark area rectified.
- Bleeding render repairs to front facade.
- Internal plaster repairs.
- Corrosion repairs.
- Repairs to Balcony doors.
- Weephole obstructions through out complex rectified to Standards
- Correct cavity flashing installation.
- Water ingress rectification.
