Dear Ash, Kirsty and Neil,
I would like to give you some feedback the work we had completed by Victor Building Services. (V.B.S).
I would recommend Victors to do any repair works on buildings such as ours in the future.
The high level of professionalism and standard of the work they completed is well above what I had expected when approaching the start of the scope of works.
Craig and Greg Victor had a huge scope of works which overwhelmed other trades people who came to look at what the job entailed..
The background & detailed exploratory work that they completed before even attempting to quote for the scope made me feel confident that they were here to solve our leaking problems, not just here to do a quick fix and let us deal with it the ongoing leaking issues ourselves …..forever.
They made me feel confident that they would complete the works in the time frame and to the high standard that I expected.
Victors walked their talk.
There were difficult owners & tenants to deal with and a lot of stressful situations that they worked through with care and attention to everyone needs .
From the start of the works to completion they maintained a very high detailed standard in all forms of works they were carrying out. (I am fussy and spent a lot of time double checking with Craig about what they were doing and he always took the time to run through any concerns I had and this reassurance is so valuable when dealing with and answering to other owners.)
I thank you on behalf of all the owners for approving for Victor Building Services to complete our works.
