Work Included:
- Cracking to external facing cement render
- Detailed excavation around common area planter box’s
- Re-levelling of planter box floors to increase drainage falls to floor wastes
- Apply liquid membrane to internal faces of planter box areas
- Reinstate affected areas where internal linings have decomposed
- Expose and replace brickwork cavity flashing
- Install weepholes with new cavity flashing
- Retiling of external surfaces
- Repainting of all external and internal facades
