Project Description:
VBS carried out these works on the same day after numerous attempts to repair by previous builders.
Remove bi-fold door unit and store onsite for re-installation on completion of rectification once repairs have been carried out.
Work Included:
- To remove existing trims and associated sill timbers to bi-fold door system.
- Apply sub sill flashing and or polyurethane membrane system.
- Re configure concrete hob.
- Replace reveal to timber internal door track inclusive of router channel.
- Apply external and internal trims.
Water tested window to confirm all leaks had been rectified.
