Matt and I would like to thank Victor Building Services for an outstanding result with the rectification works at our place. Due to the previous builder leaving us with disappointment and a badly built house we were sceptical. Anthony Ziade from Sergon our building inspector assigned from the insurance company and VBS the remedial building company have restored our faith in the industry.
The whole project was smooth from start to finish with any of our requirements met with a “no problems attitude”. VBS gave us confidence that work to repair the defects to our house, are now repaired by quality tradesmen with a professional finish. It was also refreshing that what we were told in the beginning was able to be delivered and follow up support is still continuing to be far more than our expectations.
