We are the Strata manager for a building at Rockdale and are currently undergoing Home Owner Warranty repairs through Allianz Insurance.

Victor Building Services were the successful tenderer for the project and have now been working on site for the past 12 months.

During this time, we have been pleased with their work on site, their consideration for the occupants of a relatively large complex and their feedback and updates regarding the progress of works.

They have always been easily accessible and willing to assist in resolving the various issues which always occur in a project of this size.

I would be more than happy to use Victor Building again and would be happy to elaborate on the recommendation if required.
